Peraton seeks a Mid-level Cyber Data & Research Analyst to conduct Data Analysis support for Multi-Domain Task Force - Pacific (MDTF-Pacific). Location: Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA.
In this role, you will be part of a team of highly skilled engineers and data scientists to collect, ingest, process, analyze, visualize, and share data in support the United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM).
Tasks include:
- Support the assembly of infrastructure within a cloud environment that is scalable, highly available, and adaptable and leverages managed services in the cloud
- Analytic integration to enable the team's optimal, useful development and deployment of User Interfaces
- Ensure user interfaces are designed and developed to provide a more intuitive, user-friendly experience for various tasks to help LEAP function as a more effective tactical tool
Qualifications
Required Qualfications:
- Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD
- Must be familiar with basic data analysis and visualization techniques in Python (pandas, matplotlib)
- Experience using a notebook analytic environment like Jupyter Notebooks
- Must have Intelligence Analyst background and/or knowledge of Army intelligence systems/platforms
- Experienced with model development and testing as well as gathering, relating, and identifying data with variables in models
- Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS SCI
- U.S Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background includes quantitative experience and/or education (e.g., degree in mathematics, statistics, data science, etc.)
- Possesses an understanding of cyberspace doctrine, policies, operations, and organizations
- TS SCI clearance
