Your mission: Drive change 🎯

My name is Marina, and I lead one of the Mobile & Discovery analytics teams at TradingView. Our mission is to enhance the mobile experience of TradingView — a platform where millions of traders and investors across the globe analyze financial markets, make informed decisions, and share their ideas.
We are looking for a Data Analyst who will help us gain a deeper understanding of user behavior and transform data into actionable product insights that drive product strategy, engagement, and growth.

How you’ll shape success 🏆

• Support Mobile & Discovery product teams by building analytical reports, analyzing product metrics, and identifying growth opportunities
• Conduct ad-hoc research to inform product decisions and validate hypotheses.
• Maintain and develop analytics infrastructure: ensure data quality, validate tracking accuracy (Snowplow, Firebase), and optimize data pipelines.
• Design, launch, and evaluate experiments — from A/B tests to machine learning model assessments and recommendation algorithms.
• Build dashboards and monitoring systems in Metabase to track key funnels and feature performance.

What makes you the perfect fit 🤝

• Strong proficiency in SQL, including window functions.
• Python programming skills with expert use of Pandas.
• 3+ years of experience in data/product analytics.
• Solid understanding of product and marketing metrics.
• Ability to interpret business metrics and explain their impact on product decisions and performance.

It’ll also be an advantage if:

• Experience in designing and conducting A/B tests.
• Knowledge of BI/data visualization tools (Metabase).
• Experience working with event tracking systems (Snowplow, Firebase).
• Experience in SaaS products.
• Understanding of fintech or trading.
• You have experience with finance and trading, or knowledge of the industry.
