Boddle Learning is on the lookout for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data across various teams to help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization tools, and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources.
- Develop reports and dashboards to visualize key business metrics.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decision-making.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, finance, etc.) to understand data needs and provide insights.
- Use statistical techniques to analyze data and improve business processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data quality checks.
- Create and maintain documentation of data processes and insights.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
- Systematize measurement of data across organization to drive user acquisition and retention growth
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and data storytelling abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with statistical programming languages (Python, R)
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
