About the job

At Yazen Health, we're on a mission to revolutionize obesity treatment. We are passionate about improving the lives of our patients through data-driven insights and innovative technology.

As a Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product roadmap, optimizing patient care, and driving the expansion of our services across Europe. We are seeking a proactive and hands-on individual who can take initiative, get things done efficiently, and work closely with stakeholders. Our projects often involve open-ended tasks, so the ability to think creatively and problem-solve on the fly is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build source-of-truth dashboards that the company will use to answer their own analytics questions
  • Develop data models with high data quality in our cloud based data warehouse
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to define metrics, tracking plans and carry out exploratory analysis
  • Analyze complex datasets from multiple sources, including our patient app and caregiver EHR, to assess the impact of product changes, caregiver utilization and patient outcomes.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize analytics efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Professional experience in data analytics
  • Experience with setting up and managing product analytics tools or BI Tools
  • Proficiency with SQL, and even better Dataform / DBT
  • Experience with data modeling techniques and version control systems like git
  • Proactive and hands-on approach to work
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You need to have a work permit in Sweden
