The Safety & Security Team within the Autonomous Technologies division (ERA) at Einride is responsible for ensuring our products are safe to deploy and working across all functions of the organization to set requirements and develop evidence to build the safety case for our product. Put simply, they set the standard for excellence across the organization and are the in-house experts on when the product is ready to launch.

Key Tasks:

• Supporting implementation of a Cyber Security Management System (CSMS) for ERA”
• Implement key processes, policies, tools and other assets in line with requirements from EU, national and UNECE / FMVSS / GCC regulations, guided by ISO21434 and other relevant best practices
• Plan cybersecurity implementations as part of the AV Safety Case with the support of other colleagues in Safety and Systems Engineering
• Preparing documentation and evidence for audits
• Working with external consultants and auditors to develop key deliverables

• Execute product security analysis activities, such as Penetration Testing, architecture analysis, TARA, toolchain qualification, supplier requirements etc.
• Support product security implementation activities for the end-to-end safety and cybersecurity architecture across ADS stack, autonomy platform, cloud infrastructure, and connected cloud systems
• Partner with other teams to assist in scoping security engineering activities and product development goals

Security monitoring & reporting:

• Make use of security monitoring tools to track security performance and strategic progress
• Create dashboards across key programs
• Identify key metrics and track progress
• Report up to head of department for use in broader organizational KPIs
• Support incident response as required

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has 3+ years of experience in product security in a digital business, particularly related to AI-driven, autonomous, or complex embedded systems
• Is familiar with automotive cybersecurity requirements, with a particular focus on connected or automated vehicles
• Has experience in adversarial threat defense, cryptographic infrastructure, OTA security, and cloud-vehicle trust architecture
• Is familiar with ISO21434 and other Cyber Security Management Systems
• Is familiar with key global security requirements in Type Approval & Homologation regulations, such as UNECE R155 & 156, and US FMVSS
