Resolve issues related to Shipping bill, VGM, Form 13 and Forwarding Note submission, error messages, or transaction failures. Escalate technical issues to the IT/technical team and follow up until resolution. Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback. Provide guidance on tariff, billing, and compliance processes related to MMD3. Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely support. Familiarity with ICEGATE, shipping documentation, or VGM submission. Basic knowledge of MS Office and ticketing systems. Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce, Logistics, or IT background). Good knowledge of online portals, data entry, and documentation processes. Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi; regional language is a plus). Problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple queries simultaneously.
