Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries related to the MMD3 portal via IVR or email. Assist customers in registration, login, and navigation of the portal. Resolve issues related to Shipping bill, VGM, Form 13 and Forwarding Note submission, error messages, or transaction failures. Escalate technical issues to the IT/technical team and follow up until resolution. Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback. Provide guidance on tariff, billing, and compliance processes related to MMD3. Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely support. Familiarity with ICEGATE, shipping documentation, or VGM submission. Basic knowledge of MS Office and ticketing systems. Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce, Logistics, or IT background). Good knowledge of online portals, data entry, and documentation processes. Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi; regional language is a plus). Problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple queries simultaneously.
