What the job involves
- Own customer relationships across the lifecycle—from onboarding through renewals and expansion ,
- Drive commercial outcomes, maintaining and growing a portfolio of strategic accounts ,
- Act as a trusted advisor—understanding customers’ technical, operational, and commercial goals and aligning Terraspect’s solution to deliver measurable impact ,
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Partnerships to deliver solutions, resolve challenges, and inform roadmap decisions ,
- Design and scale CS operations—create the early playbooks, metrics, and workflows for success, renewal, and growth ,
- Represent the voice of the customer, translating insights into product direction and go-to-market strategy ,
- Build deep trust with executive stakeholders and frontline users alike—from climate project managers to CFOs and sustainability leads
