The Opportunity:
A Customer Success Analyst is an established IT professional with an aptitude toward supporting customers through all facets of delivery, from requirements gathering to sharing financial and operational reporting. You will play a key part in designing the engagement model between delivery and client teams, maintaining strategic roadmaps, and engaging experts within delivery teams. You will apply advanced consulting skills and full industry knowledge to support the development of complex, innovative solutions. This role requires a self-starter who can think outside the box.

You Have:
4+ years of experience supporting IT programs, maintaining roadmaps, and controlling or forecasting program risk, schedule, cost, or quality
Experience developing client-ready documentation using clear and concise messaging, including architecture diagrams, strategic roadmaps, or status reports
Experience engaging with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to understand their technical requirements and provide technical expertise during project discussions
Knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle
Ability to identify and mitigate technical risks associated with projects and develop contingency plans to address potential challenges
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in customer relationship management in a technology organization, or Master’s degree and 2+ experience in customer relationship management in a technology organization
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Atlassian Suite, including Jira and Confluence
Experience leading with influence on a large, matrixed team
Experience with establishing and documenting repeatable programmatic and technical processes to achieve scale
Possession of excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
SAFe, Agile, or Process Management Certification such as 6Sigma or Design Thinking Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
