Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service agent for the evening shift for a large company based in D 11
This is a Full Time Permanent role and a great opportunity to join a good team
This role is Monday to Friday evening hours, the times are 11am to 8pm Monday to Wednesday and 12pm – 8pm Thursday and Friday.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in Customer service in a busy call centre or similar
Requirements:
- you have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Agent or similar,
- you are eager to learn, you're ambitious and you like to use your own initiative,
- you are a solid team-player and like to work closely with other colleagues,
- you can deal with large volumes of customer calls,
- you can ensure all customer emails/queries are replied to in a timely and professional manor,
- you're keen to learn about our brand and how we do things,
- you have very good spoken and written English language skills,
- you’re friendly and work well under pressure,
- you have good communication skills and great time-keeping!
