What the job involves
- We are looking for a Bilingual (Spanish & English speaking) Customer Service Agent ,
- As a member of our Customer Service team you will help both our Spanish and English speaking customers by phone and chat from our Miami office but also help them face to face at our new Meet-up place (a physical location café/office where we meet our customers at). You need to be fluent, written and spoken, in both languages. Please note that you need to be based in the US already ,
- Rotating schedule, with availability to work up to two weekends per month
