Creative Videographer

Job Responsibilities The selected candidate will be tasked with the planning, filming, and editing of videos to support various projects, including advertisements, content for TikTok, Instagram, the company website, and other social media platforms. Collaboration with Real Estate Brokers will be integral to ensure alignment with company objectives.  

• The ideal candidate will be smart and passionate about delivering unique and excellent projects.
• Understanding of the profound impact that video content has on our target audience. Whether producing a comprehensive 30-minute documentary or a concise 30-second promotional clip for mobile platforms, you exhibit an equal level of dedication and excellence.
• Responsible for planning, filming and editing videos that could be used for varieties of project like; Instagram, YouTube, advertisement, Tik-tok.
• Must know how to direct people on how to capture specific action and events for the camera.

Requirements and Skills

• Demonstrated proficiency in cinematography
• Must exhibit creativity in generating and executing video ideas
• Ability to collaborate creatively with brokers to transform concepts into compelling scripts suitable for video production
• Must know how to use and take care of work tools, knowing how to use a drone is an added advantage.
• Set up and break down recording equipment, before and after use
• Good attention to details
• Proficiency in phone and camera cinematography.
• Expertise in editing software including Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and Capcut.
• HND/Bsc. or any other certification.
• Preference for candidates residing in Lagos Island
