What You'll Do:
✔️ Provide individual, group, and family counseling to help clients build healthier relationships and improve personal growth ✔️ Conduct client assessments and collaborate on treatment plans ✔️ Deliver in-home, community, and office-based counseling ✔️ Maintain accurate case records and progress notes ✔️ Participate in court hearings, team meetings, and ongoing training ✔️ Uphold trauma-informed best practices
What We're Looking For:
🎓 Education: Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field (or any bachelor's degree with 2 years of supervised mental health experience) 📌 Experience: 1+ year of casework or counseling experience 💡 Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, organization, and discretion 🚗 Requirements: Valid Illinois driver's license, auto insurance, and ability to pass a background check
