We are looking for a Copywriter / Technical Writer who will be responsible for creating and maintaining product documentation.The successful candidate will contribute to the preparation of user manuals, UI texts, and other supporting materials in both Ukrainian and English, ensuring clarity, consistency, and usability across all written content.
Responsibilities:
- Write and update user manuals and system documentation in Ukrainian and English.
- Proofread, edit, and rewrite UI text elements as needed (UI copywriting).
- Maintain documentation in alignment with product updates and new features.
- Gradually add new interface languages and instructions (not through translation, but via content adaptation to the system, language, and country specifics).

Collaborate closely with product, design, and development teams to gather information on new or updated functionalities.
Required skills and qualifications
- Experience working with technical or instructional documentation.
- Excellent command of Ukrainian (grammar, clarity, conciseness) and English (B2 level or higher).
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to tailor content to interface design.
- Ability to write in clear, simple, and user-friendly language.
