Contract Analyst- £200-250 a day Umbrella – Contract – Birmingham
My Client has released an exciting opportunity as a Contracts Analyst. As a Contracts Analyst you will provide support to the Contracts Team for the purpose of reporting, performance monitoring and commercial analysis. This will include stakeholder and supplier surveys in relation to contracts and you will provide data to senior management so the business can make informed decisions on business improvement.
The contract analyst will take on responsibility for the contracts commercial data, ensuring that data is accurate and creating reports for internal teams which will ensure that consistency and diligence is maintained. The Analyst will work with department heads to assist with the creation of business cases and new revenue streams and take ownership of contract commercial systems.
Some Key responsibilities:
* Support the Contract Management team with monthly reporting and forecasting specifically in relation to corporate contracts
* Lead the performance monitoring of the external supply chain
* Support project delivery teams with monthly reporting and forecasting
* Prepare and present monthly status reports on major contracts to senior management team
* Lead the development of new processes and systems to provide consistent commercial data across the business
* Work with business teams to analyse and document processes and requirements, with colleagues in IT and suppliers to propose, justify and deliver solutions and support change and delivery of benefits.
