Job Description:

Raqbah Properties is looking for a creative Content Creator / Copywriter to produce engaging and persuasive content for real estate marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, creativity, and the ability to communicate brand messages effectively through different content formats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clear, compelling, and original content for websites, blogs, brochures, and social media.
• Create catchy taglines, ad copies, and project descriptions for real estate campaigns.
• Develop engaging scripts for marketing videos, voiceovers, and social media reels.
• Work closely with the design, marketing, and video teams to align content with visuals.
• Conduct research on industry trends, property developments, and competitor marketing.
• Edit and proofread all marketing content to ensure quality and consistency.
• Maintain a consistent brand tone and style across all digital and print channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, English, or Marketing.
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation or copywriting (real estate experience preferred).
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English and Urdu.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Understanding of SEO, keywords, and social media content strategy is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
