📢 We’re Hiring: Content Creator (Social Media & Website)
We’re looking for a Content Creator who can bring stories to life across both social media platforms and the company website. This is a full-time, night shift (9:00PM-6:00AM Manila Time), onsite role in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, ideal for someone who’s equal parts creative and strategic — someone who can shoot a reel, write a blog, and help shape our digital voice all in the same week.
This is not just a content execution role — it's an opportunity to grow your creative and editorial skills in a fast-moving team that values integrity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
🎯 What You'll Be Doing
Social Media Content
- Create engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more
- Plan and schedule monthly content calendars using tools like Meta Creator Studio or Buffer
- Shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content (reels, stories, behind-the-scenes, etc.)
- Monitor platform trends and find creative ways to adapt them to our brand
- Respond to comments/messages and help build community engagement
Website & Article Writing
- Write clear, compelling blog posts, articles, and landing page content
- Conduct research to support high-quality, accurate, and original content
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand product features and brand messaging
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO and web readability
- Help update and maintain website content regularly
Team Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align messaging
- Contribute ideas during content planning sessions and editorial brainstorms
- Receive and apply feedback constructively to improve content quality
- Stay updated on content trends, platform changes, and digital best practices
✅ Must-Have Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience creating social media content and/or writing web articles
- Excellent written English and strong visual storytelling instincts
- Familiar with tools like Canva, CapCut, Google Docs, and Meta Creator Studio
- Proficient in using content tools such as ChatGPT, Grammarly, or similar
- Confident shooting and editing content with a smartphone or basic camera setup
