Consumer Banking Product Manager

This position is responsible for the profitability and growth of consumer deposit products. Reviews customer  feedback, quantitative analysis, and market trends to facilitate development of a profitable product set. Coordinates all functions of development from conception to implementation. Partner with Marketing, Sales, Digital, Compliance, IT, Operations and other internal partners to drive deposit growth and enhance the customer experience. ensures compliance with best practices and regulations including maintaining appropriate procedures and customer facing documents.

• Development - Assists in all stages of development for a consumer deposit product. This includes but is not limited to planning & design, compiling resources, execution, testing and monitoring product launch. Tracks and reports progress to appropriate parties.
• Product Management - Ensures products are developed and managed with a coordinated strategy. collaborates with both internal and external parties to implement enhancements and resolve issues.
• Market and Data Analysis - Conducts analysis of market trends including changing regulations, competitor options, and evolving customer needs. Analyze internal data to monitor KPIs and proactively address portfolio trends. Recommends changes based on analysis results to increase profitability and product appeal.
• Customer Engagement - Tracks customer experience through all stages of a product. Develops strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and acquisition.

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Product Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Product Management

Preferred Area of Experience:

Consumer Deposit Product Management experience including product strategy and pricing.

Experience in go to market strategies for Consumer Banking

Knowledge of Consumer Banking Core Systems and Regulatory requirements
