Requirements
- Post-graduate degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Finance, Economics or equivalent
- At least 3-5years of relevant industry or consulting experience
- In-depth content knowledge about human resources management
- Good understanding of the business operations and HR practices in MNCs and Chinese companies
- Solid problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex data, identify core issues and reach appropriate conclusions/solutions
- High commitment to quality client service and good team cooperation spirit
- Flexible, independent and able to work under pressure and uncertainties
