About the job:
In this role, you can build competencies in Banking and/or Insurance and help shape the field extensively. You can become part of the success story. Working in the Financial Service area offers a broad range of challenging tasks in a familiar, dynamic and international team.
As a Consultant:
- You will accompany projects at well-known banks or insurance companies after an induction phase tailored to your needs.
- You are responsible for the conception, detailed analysis and implementation of individual solutions for our customers.
- You quickly take on responsibility in agile teams and specialize in large platform projects, transformation or automation projects.
- You have an impact on Synpulse's development through exciting internal projects on a global level. You can participate in recruiting and shape the heart of Synpulse.
As a Senior Consultant:
- You consult our clients, handling strategic and operational tasks.
- You prepare of technical concepts and implementation planning.
- You are responsible for subject area content within projects.
- You manage of project teams.
About you:
- You have a master's or PhD degree - or will complete it in the near future - with an excellent GPA
- You have a combined understanding of business and IT
- You have ideally gained practical experience in consulting, in a bank or in an insurance company
- As a senior consultant, you have several years of professional experience in consulting and/or in the banking/insurance sector
- You have strong communication skills in both English and German
- You have strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and are willing to travel often
