Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all on-site civil and architectural construction activities to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
• Drive site productivity while ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Manage subcontractors, site engineers, and labor teams to ensure effective execution of structural works, finishes, façades, and fit-outs.
• Identify and resolve construction challenges promptly, implementing corrective actions to maintain progress and quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and construction best practices.
• Liaise with consultants, designers, and project stakeholders to ensure design intent is accurately implemented on site.
• Prepare and present progress reports, issue logs, and risk updates to senior management and project leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in construction management, with at least 3 years in a Construction Manager role overseeing civil and architectural works.
• Proven track record of managing high-end hotel or hospitality construction projects, including structural and interior fit-out scopes.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and work fronts.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to site challenges.
• In-depth understanding of safety protocols, construction methodologies, and quality standards applicable to luxury developments.
