Our client is hiring for a Compliance Analyst, this person plays a key role in supporting the company’s enterprise-wide compliance framework. This individual helps ensure adherence to regulatory standards through ongoing monitoring, testing, reporting, and training initiatives. The role also assists in maintaining governance processes tied to customer due diligence, sanctions screening, and internal policy administration.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Support the review, escalation, and documentation of potential sanctions or watchlist matches.
  • BSA/AML/OFAC compliance responsibilities.
  • Conduct routine monitoring to confirm adherence to internal controls, operating procedures, and regulatory obligations.
  • Participate in the evaluation and testing of compliance processes, including periodic risk assessments and audits.
  • Help maintain required state-level registrations and licenses.
  • Draft, update, and organize compliance policies, manuals, and procedural documentation.
  • Compile and prepare compliance reports.
  • Follow established control frameworks to mitigate risk.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of compliance principles within a regulated financial or lending environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and curiosity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, or related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management functions within financial services or a related industry.
