I am looking to speak to dynamic and people-focused Sales and Community Managers to lead member growth and strengthen community relationships. Sitting at the intersection of sales, hospitality, and community building, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in social environments, values meaningful connection, and is motivated by purpose-driven growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new members, clients, and event partners.
- Manage the full sales process — from prospecting and outreach to conversion and onboarding.
- Handle tours, trials, and inquiries with a high-touch, personalised approach.
- Track performance metrics and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Serve as the face of the brand, fostering a warm and welcoming environment.
- Plan, coordinate, and host community events aligned with the company’s values.
- Engage with members and the wider community through social media, newsletters, and in-person interactions.
- Gather and act on feedback to continuously enhance the member experience.
- Work collaboratively with marketing, programming, and operations teams to ensure alignment across initiatives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting.
- Represent the brand at external events and partnership opportunities.
- Train front-of-house teams to be confident in sales, product knowledge, and customer service delivery.
About You
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, community management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with people.
- Demonstrated success achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach.
- Passionate about wellness, intentional living, and community building.
- Confident using CRM systems, email marketing tools, and social media platforms.
