About the job
Own a regionally organized UAE customer set for UiPath by building the brand in market and operating at all levels—including C-Suite decision makers—across new and existing accounts to present, promote, and sell UiPath solutions. Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to cultivate opportunities and drive successful customer implementations, collaborating with Pre-Sales and supporting functions to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Run a data-oriented approach to territory planning and personal performance, monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to align solutions to customer needs, and act as the UiPath face to the market for the assigned territory. Execute against quarterly sales targets and outcomes while working self-sufficiently in a fast-paced environment and engaging passive prospects to build a qualified pipeline. Communicate and conduct business fluently in Arabic and English, aligning to company values (Bold, Humble, Immersed, Fast) and leveraging automation/RPA expertise to deliver business and individual value at client organizations.
