Responsibilities
In this Collections Specialist role in Mississauga, you will hold the following responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
- Communicate effectively with clients in English to resolve payment issues and disputes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile accounts, address discrepancies, and escalate unresolved issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities in the system.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, collection efforts, and key performance metrics.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure accounts remain in good standing.

Qualifications
To be eligible for this Collections Specialist role in Mississauga, you will need the following qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of B2B Collections experience.
- Must have excellent command of English.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
