The Cloud Solution Architect (AI Business Solutions) at Microsoft is a customer-facing individual contributor role within the Global Solution Architecture team under the Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization. Responsibilities include leading architecture design sessions, resolving go-live blockers, providing feedback to product teams, and ensuring best practices are implemented in all customer engagements. The position also emphasizes knowledge sharing, IP creation, and community engagement to enhance AI capability deployment across Microsoft’s global network. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in cloud infrastructure, consulting, and customer success, with proven technical expertise in AI agents development, Copilot Studio, and Azure. Candidates should possess a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and relevant cloud certifications such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
