Clinical Lead (24 Hours per Week) 📍 Location: Whitehaven area, Cumbria 🏥 Setting: Elderly & Dementia Nursing Home 💷 Rate of Pay: £24.50 per hour (paid breaks) ⏰ Hours: 24 hours per week We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead to join a well-established elderly and dementia care service in the Whitehaven area. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident nurse leader to take on a part-time role combining hands-on clinical work with leadership responsibilities. About the Role: The position includes a mix of clinical and leadership duties:One 12-hour nursing shift (days 6:45am–7:00pm or nights 6:45pm–7:00am)Two 6-hour Clinical Lead shifts (9:00am–3:00pm)You’ll work alongside the Home Manager to ensure outstanding standards of care, lead and mentor the nursing team, and uphold clinical excellence throughout the home.
