About the job

Join our global talent marketing team as a client partner and focus on contributing to the employer branding and media & digital transformation of our company and clients whilst being a business partner to internal leadership.

Our team consists of experienced global marketers, employer branding SMEs, digital and recruitment marketing specialists, data analysts, and content marketers with diverse backgrounds and cultures. We work within a very flexible work environment in which there are clear responsibilities on output but also a lot of room for creativity and innovative ideas. Our final goal is to hire more, hire faster, hire cost-effective.

This role is mostly remote and can be based in Hungary or Poland.

 

what you’ll do;

  • Own and lead the end to end talent marketing and employer brand strategy for one or more regional or global accounts as strategic partner and SME
  • Be strategic partner and SME to our senior recruitment operational leadership stakeholders
  • Lead the development of client briefs and implementations supported by the wider team
  • Support sales, renewal, pricing and solution design in collaboration with the business
  • Be the unique point of contact for clients and colleagues making sure all the right stakeholders and plans are connected at the right time

 

what you will bring;

  • Ability to deeply understand, design and influence employer branding and recruitment marketing concepts, strategy and programs
  • High level of understanding of recruitment processes within MSP and RPO or agency
  • Experience and strong rigour in running end-to-end programmes and projects
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to adapt to audiences and create business partnerships
  • Ability to create well written and designed proposals, presentations and strategies,
