About the job
What You’ll Do as a Project Manager:
- Identify design criteria plus plan and execute effective designs.
- Provide direct client interface and spearhead plan processing at public agencies.
- Participate in marketing, business development, lead finding, and pursuit of new work.
- Completion of administrative and finance responsibilities including invoicing, monitoring, proposals, change orders, timecard approvals, and attending required meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline from a four-year college or university and civil engineering design experience of at least 10 years.
- At least 3 years of experience serving as the central design figure, mentor to employees, and lead for overseeing workflow of projects.
- Excellent problem solving, decision-making, communication, and team building skills, and abilities to manage a land development project from start to finish (entitlements through construction support).
- PE certification required
