About the Role

Moove is looking for a City Manager to lead our operations in Bangkok. The ideal candidate will bring sector expertise, strategic insight and strong operational proficiency to the role.

City Manager is responsible for ensuring: scalable and sustainable local operations, vehicle utilisation, driver satisfaction & revenue collection rates. You will have complete visibility and influence over the local P&L and will report to the Country Manager or Regional Lead and work closely with the Central Fleet, Product and Engineering teams.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Lead and scale Moove's business operations

  • Manage the P&L

  • Manage and coach the Operations Team Leads

  • Ensure operational excellence, profitability, and driver satisfaction

  • Drive projects and resolve any operational issues.

  • Liaise with the PED team to roll out tools to enable continuous improvement

  • Lead the charge on ensuring timely and full collection of all driver receivables

  • Facilitate timely on-boarding of vehicles and support vehicle supply activities

  • Support in-country initiatives to promote efficiency, safety and diversity


What You will need for this position

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • A dynamic combination of IQ and EQ and an ability to think strategically and execute tactically

  • A keen sense of responsibility, initiative, and an ability to inspire. You should feel comfortable working autonomously and in a team environment.

  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience or less if you are an overachiever (prove it!)

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills

  • Balance attention to detail with swift execution

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English

  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is not required but is an advantage.
