We are looking for a City Associate to join our team in Banyumas & Tegal.
Get to Know the Role
As a City Associate, you will help support the daily operations, contributing to the development and improvement of our vibrant city. You will be directly report to the Manager. You will be based onsite. You will based in Purwokerto.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Help manage multiple city projects.
- Implement and oversee the operational strategy at the city level, focusing on enhancing both mobility and delivery services to meet local demands.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle management of Grab Driver Partners, from the initial recruitment and onboarding process to ongoing engagement and support activities.
- Lead project management efforts by breaking down complex problems, formulating hypotheses, conducting tests, and guiding projects through to successful implementation while ensuring that outcomes are sustainable.
- Collaborate with specialized teams to launch and promote new products and services that meet customer needs and enhance user experience.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- 1+ years of experience in city management or in the field of sales/revenue generator.
- Experience in prioritizing tasks, managing time, and staying organized.
- Able to communicate across diverse audiences, both in writing and speaking.
- Basic data analysis skills.
