• Job Summary: Chief of Staff to partner with our CEO in driving forward key business priorities for our clinic and our AI health app, Dr. Gabi.
• This is a high-impact, highly varied role for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, improving processes, and finding creative ways to move the business forward.
• The ideal candidate is a fast learner, systems thinker, and hands-on executor who thrives in a startup-like environment; will work with teams across product, technology, finance, compliance, partnerships, operations, and growth; fully remote outside of Austin, with Austin-based team members in office three days per week.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (startups, tech, consulting, operations, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in ambiguity
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Resourceful problem-solver who enjoys tackling new challenges and figuring out “how to make it happen”
- Able to move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Confident communicator with executives, partners, and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated track record of saving companies time, money, and operational headaches
- High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion
- Bonus: Experience supporting a founder or senior executive directly
- Bonus: Interest or background in healthcare, wellness, or tech
