Chief of Staff

We are looking for a strategic, execution-driven Chief of Staff to work closely with the executive team and drive key business initiatives. This role is a mix of strategy, operations, and execution, ensuring that leadership priorities are met and the organization runs efficiently. The Chief of Staff will act as a force multiplier, facilitating decision-making, overseeing cross-functional projects, and ensuring alignment across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Execution: Drive high-priority initiatives, ensuring they align with company goals and are executed effectively.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams to streamline processes and enhance execution.
• Operational Excellence: Optimize workflows, oversee planning, and help create scalable processes in a dynamic environment.
• Executive Support & Decision-Making: Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Project Management: Lead and track critical projects, ensuring progress and accountability across teams.
• Communication & Alignment: Act as a key communication link between leadership and broader teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on objectives.
• Investor & External Relations: Support leadership in preparing materials for investors, partners, and key stakeholders.

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or business management ideally from a fast-paced tech environment (startup experience preferred).
• Proven ability to execute cross-functional initiatives and drive business outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to break down complex problems and develop actionable solutions.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Experience working closely with leadership teams and investors-Advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (required).
