Chemical Engineer Job Description: Chemstar Group is seeking a highly skilled Chemical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical processes and a passion for innovation. This role involves overseeing the design, operation, and optimization of chemical production processes in our Lagos facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes for manufacturing.
• Analyze and improve production processes to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Conduct experiments and simulations to troubleshoot process issues.
• Collaborate with the production and quality control teams to ensure standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a chemical engineering role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of chemical processes and equipment.
• Proficiency with process simulation software (Aspen Plus, HYSYS, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
