The Role

As an Early Careers & Campus Coordinator you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end candidate selection process, from campus outreach to final offers. Leveraging your skills in relationship-building and process management, you'll collaborate with educational institutions, organise campus recruitment events, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support candidates throughout their hiring journey. Your efforts will ensure a seamless and positive experience for all Early Career candidates, aligning with each client's unique values and strategic goals.
Salary Range - 49,000 - 63,000
Key Accountabilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing account specific activities such as CV screening, requisition
management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist
management, updating applicant tracking system, and offer and onboarding. - Managing other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.
- Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including
recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (i.e., pre-employment screening vendor), and other account stakeholders. - Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes.
- Management of day-to-day queries relating to their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary.
- Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team.

You’ll need to demonstrate:

- Strong written and oral English communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly, professionally, and engagingly.
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to communicate persuasively, negotiate effectively, and influence others positively.
- Strong ability to organize tasks, manage conflicting priorities, and work efficiently in a demanding environment.
- High level of accuracy and precision in all work.
Desirable Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Familiarity with recruitment systems and technology.
- Experience in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
- Ability to provide solutions for out-of-scope tasks and advise senior coordinators or leads.
