Tasks
- Lead and manage a multinational crew of 9.

- Provide excellent seamanship and sailing skills.
- Collaborate with the owner and yacht managers transparently, discreetly and professionally.
- Mentor crew and maintain a positive working environment.
Requirements
- Broad experience with 45-50m sailing yachts.
- Master 500 or greater preferred, ENG1, B1 / B2 Visa, valid STCW.
- Strong navigation and seamanship.
- Technical knowledge of sailing yacht systems, especially Italian-built vessels.
- Proven crew management and communication abilities.
- Hardworking, detail-oriented, and disciplined.
