- Work requires considerable judgment and initiative.
- Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization.
- Review process improvement requests, analyze benefit, recommend whether request should be implemented, refined, or discarded.
- Act as a point of contact between business operation team and technical team.
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience. Advanced degree or professional designation preferred.
