Description
Upstream is looking for a talented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join the Sales team and focus on driving pipeline growth.
As part of our first-ever BDR team, you'll play a key role in identifying and engaging high-potential prospects within the automotive industry.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to building scalable outbound playbooks and processes.
This role is full-time and is based in Herzliya, Israel.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Engage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion into sales opportunities.
- Research and identify target accounts, decision-makers, and industry trends within the cybersecurity and automotive sectors.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect interactions in HubSpot (CRM).
- Test and optimize messaging, outreach cadences, and engagement strategies based on performance data.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and collaborate with marketing on campaign alignment.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of BDR/SDR experience in the SaaS B2B space.
- Experience with cybersecurity or automotive tech is a plus.
- English – native level proficiency is a must!
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive results in a fast-moving environment.
- Passion for building processes and playbooks to scale the BDR function.
- Experience using HubSpot (CRM), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales engagement tools.
