About The Role

We’re looking for driven, proactive, and personable Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join the Yogi team. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our prospects - introducing them to Yogi, uncovering challenges, and creating meaningful conversations that lead to pipeline. This role blends outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and in-person engagement at key industry events.

You’ll work closely with our Account Executive and Marketing teams to open doors with enterprise brands in CPG, retail, beauty, and beyond.

What You’ll Do

  • Source and qualify new sales opportunities through a mix of inbound and outbound outreach.
  • Travel quarterly to tradeshows and industry events to represent Yogi and connect with prospects in person to secure new opportunities.
  • Research and identify potential customers, tailoring outreach to demonstrate Yogi's unique value proposition, and secure high-impact meetings with Director-level and above decision makers at top brands to drive new business.
  • Cold call, email, and engage on LinkedIn to spark interest and schedule high-quality meetings with enterprise prospects.
  • Manage and personalize inbound lead follow-up promptly from marketing campaigns, content downloads, and events.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to build account strategies to maximize new sales effectiveness and increase penetration within customer accounts
  • Leverage CRM and SEP tools (such as Salesforce and Salesloft/Outreach) to track and manage sales activities effectively.
  • Become a Yogi product expert, understanding in depth how our solutions benefit customers.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2+ years of experience in an outbound SDR/BDR role, ideally within SaaS and targeting enterprise brands
  • Proven track record of success as a top-performer on your team with proof
  • Strong communicator who’s confident on the phone and comfortable handling objections
  • Excited to travel, network, and represent Yogi at events to generate opportunities
  • Experience navigating tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo/LeadIQ, Outreach/Salesloft, and Sales Navigator
  • Proven success booking meetings through multi-channel outreach
  • Curious and thoughtful - always looking to understand a prospect’s challenges and how to solve them
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter, and motivated by goals
  • Organized and reliable in tracking performance, activity, and follow-ups
