Get Online NOLA is seeking a sales professional who wants to play a foundational role in growing our sales strategy and team. In this role, you'll work closely with company leadership to develop and execute our sales strategy, focusing on generating leads, closing website design and marketing contracts, and fostering long-term partnerships with businesses. Additionally, you'll represent our business at local networking events and engage with philanthropic organizations to promote our message and values. Key Responsibilities: Generate Leads: Utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals to identify potential leads. Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through regular communication and follow-ups. Understand Customer Needs: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the challenges and requirements of potential clients. Present Solutions: Present product/service offerings to prospects compellingly and persuasively. Proposal Preparation: Prepare customized proposals and pricing models for client consideration.  Close Sales: Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets. Provide Support: Offer post-sales support and assistance to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Work Collaboratively: Work with the implementation teams to ensure quality delivery and customer satisfaction.  Stay Informed: Keep abreast of marketing and web design industry trends, competitors, and market developments to provide insightful information to clients and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Compensation & Benefits:  $40,000.00 - $75,000 + (Depending on achieving sales targets) 1 week paid vacation with the potential to increase to 3 weeks after two years 7 paid holidays + 4 half days holidays 401k contribution matching  Paid volunteer work for registered charities Continuing education and professional development Flexible working hours Remote work (within the New Orleans Metro area) Health care stipend Internet & tech stipend Qualifications: Proven track record of success in sales or a related field. Familiarity with website development, social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and ability to work independently. Proficiency in using CRM software and Google Business Suite Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred but not required.
