  • Drive new school acquisitions by cracking schools and building strong relationships with decision-makers.
  • Conduct presentations and demos for school management and parents.
  • Support and guide franchises (10–15) to achieve their business goals and improve performance in weaker areas.
  • Manage 40–50 schools under the assigned territory to ensure business growth and retention.
  • Ensure achievement of enrolment and revenue targets within the assigned cluster.
  • Travel within the state
