Key Responsibilities
- Execute a quarterly territory plan targeting priority sectors and buyer personas.
- Run multi-touch outreach (email, LinkedIn, events, referrals) and book quality first meetings.
- Lead discovery to define problem, value, budget, and timeline; shape solution proposals.
- Maintain accurate CRM stages, next steps, and forecast; report pipeline and conversion.
- Partner with marketing on case studies, credentials, and thought leadership.
- Capture win/loss insights and continuously refine messaging and offers.
- Manage clean handovers of closed-won deals to delivery with success criteria.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years selling marketing/creative/PR services with a personal quota.
- Proven success closing mid-market deals and engaging senior decision-makers.
- Familiarity with MEDDICC/BANT (or similar), proposal writing, and negotiation.
- Proficiency with HubSpot/Salesforce and accurate forecasting.
- Knowledge of the Hong Kong market; Cantonese/Mandarin advantageous.
