Summary
Lead strategic relationships and drive regional sales growth for RH Contract within luxury Hospitality and Residential segments. Own the full project life-cycle from specification to procurement while partnering with internal teams to deliver solutions and achieve sales and margin goals. Represent the company at industry events and provide accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a targeted regional sales growth plan to meet monthly quarterly and annual goals
- Identify new customers and project leads and frame opportunities with strategic customers and their partners
- Own the full project life-cycle for portfolio projects from specification to procurement
- Partner with Design Sourcing Operations and Logistics to ensure proper project execution
- Create quotes and invoices and plan order fulfillment
- Attend key industry events and meet with strategic customers to promote the integrated business model
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts on a weekly monthly and quarterly basis
- Log key communications and activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with global Sales and Operations teams to drive growth across customer ecosystems
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience on large FF&E projects within the B2B contract furniture space
- Established relationships with senior decision makers in specification approval and purchasing
- Expert understanding of at least two product categories such as outdoor lighting case goods upholstery accessories
- Strong selling and negotiating skills with ability to present in person and virtually
- Customer focused with ability to interpret and address customer needs quickly
- Experience providing accurate demand and shipped sales forecasts for project based business
- Proficiency with CRM Salesforce Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel at least 60% or more
