Job description
- A rapidly expanding HR company specializing in PAN India Recruitment seeks an experienced candidate for business development, focusing on acquiring new customers nationwide and establishing B2B corporate tie-ups.
Required Candidate profile
- We require a candidate with a proven track record of acquiring corporate clients, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate partnerships and mandate sharing. Experience working with a recruitment company in a similar role is highly desirable.
- administer the complete corporate client lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiations, drafting agreements, and handling onboarding procedures
- Who can handle sourcing for both technical and non-technical clients
- Student having exam there in next 3 month shall not be preferably
- Should not have any commitments part time courses, tuitions, etc. that hamper work performance
- Ability to use a desktop/Laptop computer system, Familiarity with Windows Social media etc.
- Candidates must have a own Laptop /WiFi Connection /Smart Phone.
- 6 day week working with 1 day week off (Sunday Off).Office time will be fixed 11 AM to 7.00 PM in day shifts.
