• Work as a strategic partner to the business by aligning with various groups on their strategic vision and business priorities, acting as the primary liaison between business teams and technology.

• Collaborate closely with the technical lead and engineers to translate business requirements into scalable and integrated technology design and solutions.
• Develop and implement best practices and governance for application access, usage, and data across the organization. Work with business users to document, manage, and prioritize bug fixes and enhancements.
• Drive an enablement program to increase the adoption of core applications (including training, support documentation, and office hours).
• Support business users on system configuration and administration, including identifying system issues, troubleshooting, and analyzing potential solutions and workarounds.
• Support product development and release lifecycle by working with the technical lead and developers to test and release new system functions, ensuring on-time delivery of new products and features. This includes assisting with new releases and approving all User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Participate in sprint planning and other team rituals, including on-call for your area, with a focus on continual process reflection and improvement over time.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with multiple SaaS technologies used by internal employees including administration, business and technology support.
- Minimum of 3 years supporting delivery in a consulting environment.
- Experience working with self-service support tools in a high-growth company to promote shift-left initiatives as well as moving information and help from support staff to self-service knowledge repositories.
