About the job
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong skills in Business Requirements Analysis to join our team in Cebu. This role is responsible for driving product vision, gathering and documenting detailed business requirements, and ensuring that the final deliverables align with customer needs and expectations. The ideal candidate will have experience working across both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies, with additional experience in software project management and functional testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the product vision by acting as the voice of the customer and applying a human-centered design approach.
Define and manage the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.
Work with business architects and other stakeholders to assess current capabilities and gather high-level and detailed customer requirements.
Create and maintain the Requirements and Traceability Matrix.
Translate business requirements and use cases into clear documentation for design and development teams.
Support the transition of requirements into test conditions and expected results for UAT, performance, and operational acceptance testing.
Participate in quality management reviews, including the review of design prototypes and requirement documents.
Serve as a resource for change enablement teams, contributing to training and performance support product design.
Continuously validate and test ideas through feedback loops, making data-informed adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies, including both Waterfall and Agile.
Experience in Software Project Management.
Functional testing experience is required.
Experience as a Senior Software QA is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work full-time onsite in Cebu.
