You will engage in research activities to ensure that the solutions proposed align with the organizational goals and meet the needs of the users effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders. - Document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for development teams.
