Our client, a household name and top rated company in Ireland, is looking to bring on a Business Analyst for a 6 month FTC role. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst working with cross-functional teams on Product and/or Transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
  • Create BRDs, user stories, and process documentation.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to identify needs and opportunities.
  • Analyse current processes and recommend efficiency or automation improvements.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solution alignment with requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product, Project, and Development teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Track and report on project progress and business benefits.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
  • Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence
  • Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or cloud / API projects.
  • Professional certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) advantageous.
