Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed requirements and supporting documentation for changes to PALS.
- Perform issue resolution and root cause identification tasks for PALS support requests.
- Participate in 24 hour on-call support and maintenance activities outside of business hours.
- Support the LGUS business team by developing use cases, test cases and other software life cycle artifacts.
- Comply with CGMP processes for all changes made to PALS software and/or data.
- Contribute to SOX policy compliance testing.
- Work with PALS Developers to improve support tools.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Work with auditors in internal and external audits.
- Familiarity with writing and following SOPs.
- Good listening skills and sound judgement.
- Ability to learn from experiences and to share learnings.
- Work independently with guidance from the PALS Team Leader.
- Experience working with external resources effectively, both virtually and in-person, including remote workers from various cultures and locations around the globe.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with team members and business contacts.
- Practical experience with Logistics Planning and Scheduling.
- Familiarity with writing and executing documentation and test cases for complex systems complying with the GAMP-5 framework.
