We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant to join our team for an ongoing SAP S/4HANA implementation project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and implementing SAP S/4HANA Service (formerly Customer Service/CS module) with a solid understanding of the integration between SD, MM, and FICO modules.Roles & Responsibilities: Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact. -Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions within the S/4HANA Service module. -Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA Service functionalities including service contracts, service orders, service notifications, warranties, and field service management. -Integrate Service module with SD, MM, and FICO. -Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional specifications. -Conduct workshops, training sessions, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). -Provide support during go-live and post go-live stabilization phases. -Prepare documentation (BPDs, FSDs, test cases, training manuals, etc.). Professional & Technical Skills: Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. -Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization. -Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Service (especially after ECC CS split into S/4 components). -Experience in Service Order Management, Service Contracts, and Service Billing. -Knowledge of SAP FSM (Field Service Management) or SAP CRM Service s a plus. -Understanding of technical objects, equipment, serial numbers, and warranties. -Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps related to service processes.Additional Information:Experience with SAP Activate methodology. -Exposure to SAP Cloud solutions like SAP C4C or SAP BTP. -Basic ABAP debugging skills. -Integration experience with third-party tools or systems.
