We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst at Octagotech Private Limited to serve as the critical link between our US-based client (freight management and accounting) and our technical development team. This role is responsible for driving project success by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensuring seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Team Liaison: Act as the primary interface, bridging the client’s business needs with the technical team's deliverables.
Requirements Management: Gather, analyze, and translate business objectives in freight management and accounting into precise functional specifications, process flows, and developer-ready documentation.
Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate discussions to ensure mutual understanding of priorities, managing client expectations effectively.
Quality Assurance: Review all technical deliverables against agreed-upon requirements before client presentation.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify process gaps, risks, and suggest workflow improvements.
Required Qualifications
